Horwath HTL is once again pleased to partner with the Singapore Hotel Association (SHA) to present the results of the 2011 Annual Hotel Industry Survey of Operations for the Financial Year of 2010.
This report covers in detail the sources of revenue and operational costs, including both departmental revenues and expenses and operating statistics by departments as well as statistics relating to human capital and productivity indicators. It also provides the breakdown of these statistics by hotel inventory size, average room rate and location based categories.
