London Based Hotel Experts Give Expansion Advice in Article to New UK Brand Sleeperz

Horwath HTL UK, part of the Worlds oldest and largest hospitality consulting network, Horwath Hotels, Tourism and Leisure (HTL) took part in a fascinating article organised by the Daily Telegraph to give investment advice to Sleeperz. The article was called ‘Expert views on Sleeperz, Hotel industry advisers tell Sleeperz how it should position itself to potential backers and partners to aid its rapid expansion plans'.

Sleeperz is a new hotel brand in the UK that is looking to rapidly expand and The Telegraphs James Hurley asked a few industry experts from all side of the business, comprising a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Accountant, a Solicitor and Horwath HTL to give their advide on how to achieve that. Erlend Heiberg, Principle at Horwath HTL UK wrote the article and found the exercise both stimulating and informative. Erlend said “As strategic advisory work is a core service we provide, we are often asked for advice on this very issue, just not normally with an audience as large as this. The market is tough at the moment and financing can be hard to come by without a good covenant and a rock solid business plan. What we liked about Sleeperz offering was access to land owned by and close to rail sites, which provides the location and whereas, not all of them will be viable propositions, enough will be to make this an interesting concept for growth. We hope the article will be useful to them and look forward to watching them build on the success they have had so far.
