"China Hotel Industry Study 2008”, is released for its sixth year running. This study represents the most extensive and detailed hotel operation survey ever conducted in China. This study is carried out by Horwath HTL, in cooperation with the China Tourist Hotel Association.

This year the CTHA and Horwath HTL were extremely pleased to have received 521 responses across all major hotel categories. A total of 495 hotels were included in the final study, which corresponds to approximately 140,000 rooms, after the exclusion of some due to incomplete data.
